Even though my studies and work experience for 8 years were in the field of telecommunications, it was the world of wine and spirits that completely captivated me, discovering a universe full of history, aromas, and flavors. I obtained the title of Sommelier from the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, which led me to work in emblematic cocktail bars such as Museo Chicote and Dry Bar 1862, and to lead two successful cocktail bars, The Balcony and The Library.
I won excellence as the best student of the first Bar Master organized in Spain and trained alongside the best bartenders in Madrid, as well as renowned chefs and Michelin stars such as Paco Roncero.
